Shipping Destinations
We currently provide dedicated shipping services to the United States and across Europe.
United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Europe: We proudly serve customers in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden surprises.
FREE Standard Shipping: On all orders over $59.00 USD.
Orders under $59.00 USD:
United States: $9.99 USD flat rate.
Europe: $6.99 USD flat rate.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Timelines
Every DALCOAT piece undergoes a quality check before leaving our warehouse to ensure it meets our high standards.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
You can track your package directly via the link provided in the email.

For international shipments, DALCOAT covers most standard procedures. However, customs policies vary by country.
Any import duties, taxes, or local handling fees applied by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control.
Important Reminders
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DALCOAT is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Address Changes: If you spot an error, email us immediately. We can only update addresses before the order has been dispatched.
