Returns & Exchanges
At NUNUMO, we want you and your little one to love every piece of our girls’ dresses, tees, jeans, and jackets—because happy kids (and happy parents!) are what matter most to us. We know sometimes things don’t fit quite right or aren’t what you imagined, so we’ve made our refund and returns process simple, fair, and stress-free.
1. Returns Eligibility
You can return any item within 30 days from the date you receive your order—no questions asked! To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. This includes all our girls’ dresses, tees & sweatshirts, jeans & joggers, and kids jackets for ages 6–15.
We totally get it—kids are messy! A small, unnoticeable try-on mark is okay, but items that are stained, washed, worn, or have tags removed cannot be returned. Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy—just follow these simple steps:
1. Send us an email at support@nunumo.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and a quick note (if you want!) about why you’re returning it (this helps us get better!).
2. Our friendly support team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with a free return label (yes, free!)—no need to pay for shipping on returns.
3. Pack up your item(s) in the original packaging (or any sturdy box) and attach the return label.
4. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location, and we’ll take it from there!
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 5–7 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange right away:
– Refunds: We’ll send your refund back to the original payment method you used. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to show up in your account—this depends on your bank or credit card company.
– Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style (like swapping a girls’ dress for a different print!), just let us know in your return email. We’ll send your new item out as soon as we receive your return—no extra shipping costs!
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Oops—sometimes things happen! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a mistake (like the wrong size or style), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the issue, and we’ll send you a replacement right away—no need to return the damaged item (we’ll take care of it!).
