At DALCOAT, we want you to feel confident and sharp in your new coat. We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be a journey. If your order isn’t exactly what you imagined, don’t worry—we’re here to help make it right!
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to decide if it’s a keeper. Whether the fit isn’t quite right or you’ve simply changed your mind, we accept returns for a full refund (minus shipping costs) or a seamless exchange.
To be eligible for a return: The coat must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached). It should be free of any scent, pet hair, or signs of wear.
Easy Exchanges
Fall in love with the style but need a different size? We offer one-free exchange for a different size of the same item (subject to availability). Just reach out to us, and we’ll help you get the perfect fit for your next urban adventure.
How to Start Your Return or Exchange
We’ve kept the process simple:
Drop us a line: Email our friendly support team at support@dalcoat.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Get your instructions: We’ll send you the return address and step-by-step instructions on how to pack and send your item back to us.
Ship it back: Once you’ve sent the package, please share the tracking number with us so we can keep an eye on it.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes a quick quality check, we’ll process your refund immediately. You’ll receive an email notification, and the funds will head back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
We take great pride in our quality, but if we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, please let us know right away! We will send out a replacement or provide a full refund (including all shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
A Few Friendly Reminders
Return Shipping: For standard returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure it reaches us safely. Holiday Extensions: Shopping for a gift? During the holiday season (Nov 15 – Dec 25), we extend our return window to 60 days to give you extra peace of mind.
